Question 1

What is ClashWise AI?

Accepted Answer

ClashWise AI is a Navisworks plug-in plus cloud platform. It turns generic clash names into clear, descriptive titles in 11 languages, then matches every clash to your rules so priority, owner, and status are assigned automatically. Verdicts sync back into the model.

Question 2

How does ClashWise work with Navisworks?

Accepted Answer

ClashWise installs as a standard Autodesk plug-in for Navisworks Manage 2024, 2025, and 2026. It runs in its own ribbon tab, reads your existing clash tests when you publish, and syncs status changes back to the model. No model edits, no project file changes.

Question 3

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Clash Management includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Starter tier is included in the trial and starts at US$19/mo. Cancel from inside the app at any time.

Question 4

Which tier do I need?

Accepted Answer

AI-Powered Clash Management comes in three tiers. Starter is the local, plug-in-only entry tier; Pro and Business add the cloud platform — rules, dashboards, and bi-directional sync — per editor seat. Start with Starter and step up when you need the platform.

Question 5

Which Navisworks versions are supported?

Accepted Answer

Navisworks Manage 2024, 2025, and 2026. New Autodesk releases are supported within weeks of launch.
