  1. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.13

    New

    • Name clash sets before publishing. Enter the final clash-set name directly in the Navisworks publish window. ClashWise uses the exact trimmed name, with support for 3–150 Unicode characters.

    Improved

    • Follow cloud publishing accurately. Navisworks now distinguishes work queued in ClashWise from clash data that is actively processing. Safe submission recovery prevents duplicate sets after uncertain network responses, and closing the progress window clearly leaves cloud work running.
  2. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.12

    New

    • Review a coordination session as one clear timeline. The Navisworks Activity view now shows attributed events in chronological order. Filter by activity type or source, and load earlier events when you need more history.

    • See when a clash differs from its matched matrix rule. Clash cards, Wise, and analysis summaries now identify adjusted or stale rule values. You can restore a clash to its current matched-rule values when appropriate.

  3. Web app

    24 August 2026

    New

    • Keep matrices current after a clash-set update. Add new classes, synchronize the exact class list, or regenerate a matrix through a guided workflow instead of rebuilding rules from scratch.

    • See when a clash no longer matches its matrix rule. Clash details, the viewer, exports and reports now flag intentional overrides and stale matches. Restore the current matched-rule values for an individual clash when appropriate.

    • Give external contacts a focused responsibility view. Shared links now open a filterable, image-led read-only workspace with on-demand clash details, rechecked against the recipient’s current assignment.

    • Analyse clash sets in Power BI Desktop. Download the English Power BI connector and report template from the public integration page, with setup guidance built in.

    Improved

    • Coordination-session activity now retains its source, including web, Navisworks, guest, system and Wise actions where available.
    • Search, filter and order clash sets and matrices more easily from their sidebars.
  4. Web app

    22 August 2026

    New

    • Responsibility notifications now have an end-to-end activity view. Open the bell on a clash set to preview member and external routes, review grouped assignment deliveries, and see why a channel was queued, muted, suppressed, retried or failed.
    • Matrix analysis sends one grouped notification per newly responsible contact. Re-running unchanged rules stays silent, while completion shows a persisted delivery summary.

    Improved

    • External contact links now follow the live matrix. An email change, deleted contact, replaced matrix, set pause, explicit revoke or expiry invalidates the old read-only link immediately.
  5. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.11

    New

    • Continue into matrix maintenance after publishing updated clashes. When a clash set has dependent matrices, the plugin now shows how many can be updated and opens that exact set in the web matrix-update workflow.
  6. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.10

    Improved

    • Keep sign-in and long-running coordination sessions more reliable. Concurrent requests now coordinate authentication refreshes safely, and plugin windows release their event handlers and timers when they close.
    • Open the login window without the Telerik licensing startup error. The packaged licensing runtime now matches the version required by the Telerik controls.
    • Restore saved Wise conversations with their full clash context. Reopened history retains clash identifiers and image details supplied by the web app.
  7. Web app

    20 August 2026

    Changed

    • The 3D viewer controls are easier to scan. View, Display and Tools settings are now grouped into compact menus, while fit, measure, snapshot, share and fullscreen actions remain directly accessible.
    • The annotations panel now collapses completely. Reduce it to a compact header whenever you need more room for the model.

    Fixed

    • Wise opens above the other viewer panels. Opening the chat no longer leaves it hidden behind surrounding windows.
  8. Web app

    19 August 2026

    Added

    • Start your day with a Wise shift briefing. The dashboard now summarises the coordination work that needs your attention, helping you move from overview to action faster.

    Changed

    • Wise stays out of the way in the multi-clash viewer. The panel docks more reliably beside tall detail panels and keeps its controls accessible without overlapping your work.
    • Connected AI clients recover more reliably. Brief connection interruptions and repeated refresh attempts are less likely to require you to sign in again.

    Fixed

    • “Mark all read” now persists for large notification backlogs. The unread total only changes after ClashWise has saved the update, and refreshing the page no longer brings the old count back.
    • Subscription renewal dates remain accurate. Successful renewals now use the paid subscription period, preventing an expired date from being restored.
  9. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.9

    Improved

    • Make modification uploads safer during slow or interrupted connections. Pending local changes now run through a single upload operation at a time, honor cancellation, use bounded operation timeouts, and refresh authentication before retrying an unauthorized request.
  10. Web app

    17 August 2026

    Added

    • Check ClashWise service status publicly. Visit the ClashWise service-status page without signing in to see the current state of monitored platform services, active incidents, planned maintenance, recent checks and heartbeat history.

    Changed

    • Status information is available in three languages. The page supports English, French and Spanish from both public and signed-in navigation.
    • See when monitoring data is cached. If live monitoring cannot refresh, the page identifies that it is showing a recent cached snapshot.
  11. Web app

    16 August 2026

    Added

    • Invite organization members reliably. Existing accounts become active members immediately, while new invitees receive an invitation and claim it when they register and first load the organization.

    Changed

    • Coordination sessions recover from interruptions. Live rooms and clients reconnect after an API restart, and active sessions now have an eight-hour maximum deadline with clearer remaining-time feedback.
    • Wise stays clear of viewer content. Its launcher positions itself around viewer panels so you can ask for help without covering the clash content you are reviewing.

    Fixed

    • Session summaries regenerate safely. Summary work records its pending state before regeneration begins, avoiding stale-state failures.

    Scope

    • Live coordination sessions are limited to eight hours; after expiry, continue in a new session.
  12. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.8

    Fixed

    • Install ClashWise on security-managed Windows devices that previously blocked Setup's temporary executable. The complete installer chain now carries the IssueLab signature, including the executable extracted into the Windows temporary folder and the uninstaller. This addresses the “Error 5: cannot execute file in the temporary directory” failure caused when application control rejected that unsigned inner payload. The fix covers the current Navisworks 2024–2027 per-year and combined installers.

    Improved

    • Receive plugin release notes in English, French and Spanish. Beginning with 3.5.1.8, every published plugin changelog entry contains reviewed en-GB, fr-FR and es-ES copy, with release checks that prevent an incomplete language set from being published.
  13. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.7

Use the ClashWise plugin in 11 languages. The ribbons, publishing and sync flows, property mapping, search sets, dialogs, Wise workspace, speech controls, matrices, exports and reports now follow the Navisworks UI language in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese or Brazilian Portuguese. Project-authored names and configured values stay exactly as your team entered them.

Keep Wise in the same language in English, French or Spanish. The plugin now sends the selected locale with Wise requests, so generated narratives and clash explanations can return in the same language as the interface. The other eight localized plugin interfaces continue to receive generated Wise narrative in English for now.

Find useful clash tests by result count. The clash-test picker can show all tests or filter to tests with at most, at least or exactly a chosen number of results. It defaults at at least 1, shows the visible count in the search hint and automatically deselects tests hidden by a new filter.

    Fixed

    • Native clash groups reflect their children after sync. A group now shows the least-progressed child status, the most urgent available priority and an assignee only when every child agrees, while preserving every child's individual values. Status and assignee roll up across supported Navisworks 2024–2027 builds; priority roll-up is available on Navisworks 2026–2027.
  14. Web app

    14 August 2026

    Added

    • Work in ClashWise in French or Spanish. Switch language from the public navigation or your profile and carry that choice through signed-in coordination workflows, public product pages and navigation. Your account remembers the preference for your next visit.
    • Keep the selected language through Wise and generated outputs. Wise narratives and clash explanations, notification and lifecycle emails, PDF reports, Excel workbook labels and localized error messages now use English, French or Spanish while preserving your clash data, configured labels and identifiers.

    Changed

    • Shared links open in their intended language. Dedicated French and Spanish public URLs keep their language through first load and navigation, even when the browser previously saved another preference.
    • The dashboard analysis feed adapts to longer labels. Its responsive, accessible layout remains readable as messages expand in different languages.

    Fixed

    • Language selection stays in sync. The public navigation, account preference and page content now agree after sign-in, navigation and hard reloads instead of risking a mixed-language page.

    Scope

    • Help Centre and blog content remain in English for now. Full translated legal bodies are not yet published, and customer-authored text and configured workflow labels are never translated automatically.
  15. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.6

Publish large model context with more structure. ClashWise now publishes spatial metadata alongside the model context it sends to the web app: versioned bounds, content checks, byte and triangle information, and deterministic spatial tiles. That gives the web viewer a structured way to work with large project scenes in bounded pieces, while keeping the selected clash aligned with the model context you are reviewing.

Republishing keeps the scene current. The plugin recognises older published context and refreshes it to the current format when you publish again, so the web viewer can use the latest scene structure without a manual migration.

  16. Web app

    9 August 2026

    Added

    • Keep coordination work focused on one project. Choose a project for your dashboard and carry that context into Clash Sets, Clash Matrices, Notifications, Shared Insights and Coordination Sessions. Your preference is remembered for the active organisation, and All projects remains available whenever you need the full view.
    • Handle large published models in bounded pieces. The web viewer can use the spatial model metadata published by plugin 3.5.1.6, helping it work through large project context without treating the scene as one monolithic asset.

    Changed

    • Project context now survives navigation. Project-scoped links, refreshes and browser history keep your chosen project. If you no longer have access to that project, the app shows an unavailable state and a clear route back to All projects rather than silently widening your results.
    • New status defaults are simpler. In Progress is no longer included in the default clash-status set. Existing configured statuses remain unchanged.

    Controlled rollout

    • Universal clash queries are rolling out in approved cohorts. The new experience brings query suggestions, saved and shared query views, and the same query scope across the grid, viewer, exports and PDF reports. Availability is controlled per cohort while readiness checks and staged rollout continue.
  17. Web app

    2 August 2026

    Added

    • Leave persistent notes in the 3D viewer. Place a field note on visible model geometry, save its title, note and viewpoint, then return to it after a reload. Edit, move, resolve, reopen or delete notes from the viewer. Notes belong to the clash set rather than one clash, so they remain useful as the scene changes. Available to members and eligible live session guests; public shares and library-model previews do not expose annotation controls.
    • Review clashes in a guided sequence. Start a guided review of the visible clashes, move backward or forward, skip items, and mark each clash reviewed before continuing.
    • Align section faces with visual feedback. Select a section face while alignment is active and preview both the target model surface and the resulting section box before committing.
    • Keep a project overview while navigating. The 3D viewer adds an overview rail and toolbar controls, loading additional clash cohorts as you move beyond the initial scene.

    Changed

    • Coordination sessions now record viewer-note activity. Active sessions show who added, edited, resolved or deleted a note. Session details can focus the relevant note, and session summaries and PDFs include the recorded annotation history.
    • Login works better on small screens. Error messages are clearer and the layout adapts more cleanly to mobile widths.

    Fixed

    • Viewer navigation is more stable across devices and scenes. Camera pixel ratio and clipping adapt more safely, perspective zoom no longer creates a false placement change, and annotation refresh failures no longer discard the rest of the viewer state.
    • Server error reporting is more useful. Exception detail is retained, while normal client aborts are no longer logged as server faults.
  18. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.5

Nothing is renamed until you say so. Title Update now stages every proposal for review. When a run starts, the new Review Clash Titles window opens with every clash in scope already listed, and each row fills in as its title is generated — with a live count and a time estimate. Edit a proposed title in place, right-click to regenerate or reject one, filter down to just the failures, then click Apply N titles to write the ones you kept. Your model is untouched until that click, and the whole run is a single Ctrl+Z. Stop ends a run and keeps what it already made, Email me when generation finishes lets you leave a long run in the background, and if Navisworks closes mid-run the next run offers to recover the titles it had already generated. Prefer the old behaviour? Untick Review titles before applying in Settings and runs apply themselves as they finish.

Two ways back to your original titles. Straight after applying, the apply button becomes Restore this run. Later — in another session, after several runs — select your clash tests and click Restore original titles… in the footer: ClashWise keeps a local record of every title it has changed, so each clash goes back to the name it had before ClashWise first touched it. A restore is a single undo step too.

See the clash you are reading about. Tick Show clash in model when selected in the review window and each row you click is isolated in the model view, the same way Clash Detective highlights it.

Name clashes your way. Manage formats… beside the Naming Format dropdown opens an editor where you build your own standard from tokens — names, types, levels, IDs, disciplines — with a live preview drawn from a real clash in your open model. Templates built from tokens are applied exactly as typed: character for character, instantly, offline, and never translated, so a mandated convention comes out right every time. Mixed is configurable too — choose which standards it alternates between, your own included.

Runs finish sooner. Generation now streams: a clash starts the moment a slot frees instead of waiting for the slowest member of its batch, and titles begin generating after the first clash is read rather than after all of them.

Cloud backup for local naming, if you want it. A new Settings option retries a clash through the ClashWise cloud when local generation fails. It is off by default, needs a full ClashWise subscription, and is the one case where a clash's element data leaves your machine during naming.

    Fixed

    • "Please reconnect to the internet" on a working connection. The plugin was misreading perfectly good subscription replies as "no connection", so it leaned on its saved offline pass — and once that pass went stale it blocked you outright. Online checks are read correctly again.
    • Groups follow your Update Option. With Comments, a group now gets the comment. With Description, groups are reported as skipped instead of quietly having their titles renamed — clash groups have no description field.
    • "Include Previously Updated Clashes" now works when naming locally. Left unticked, clashes you have already named are skipped and shown as "previously updated"; until now the checkbox did nothing in local mode.
    • Cloud naming no longer blanks a title when the service skips a clash it has already named — the row is reported as skipped instead of applying an empty name.
    • Start is no longer greyed out with no explanation. It enables as soon as you tick a clash test; if a model still needs property mapping, clicking Start now tells you and opens Property Mapping.
    • Your naming format choice sticks. Saved selections are remembered by name, so adding or removing a format no longer silently repoints you at a different standard.
  19. Web app

    31 July 2026

    Fixed

    • Your offline pass for Navisworks renews itself again. On a machine that signs in without a linked Autodesk ID, the plugin had no way to refresh the pass that keeps Title Update working without a connection — so once that pass went stale it blocked with "please reconnect to the internet" on a perfectly good connection. Every sign-in and session refresh now issues a fresh pass, and the repair reaches plugins that are already installed: no update needed.
  20. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.4

Context models publish whole. Publishing the models around your clash sets has been substantially reworked: dense models no longer come through with pieces missing, uploads are smaller and faster, and curved and extracted surfaces shade correctly in the web viewer. If a context model you published before had gaps, re-publish the set to fill them in.

Offline starts fast. Opening the clash title window without a connection could stall for 30 seconds or more while the plugin looked for one. It now checks briefly — showing "Checking your subscription…" while it does — and falls back to your saved subscription within seconds.

Cleaner AI titles. With "AI Preferred" naming, the local AI no longer echoes instruction text into your clash titles, and titles are cleaned of stray labels and repeated words.

Property Mapping opens in front. The Property Mapping window no longer opens hidden behind the clash test window.

  21. Web app

    30 July 2026

    Added

    • Coordination sessions are now live rooms. Start a session and everyone who opens the set joins a shared room: see who's in, follow whoever's driving the model, take over the wheel, point at what you mean, and flag clashes for the record. It's on for every session — no setup.
    • Split the room and work in parallel (optional). Deal a session's clashes out into lanes — by contact, priority, status, or any property on your set — and let each person work their own lane with the model filtered to it. A live coverage board shows progress on every lane, and Regroup brings everyone back together. Lanes, flags and who did what are written into the session minutes and PDF, and lane work nobody got to is offered as follow-up actions. Off until an organization admin turns it on in Settings.
    • Invite guests to a session. Sessions now keep an attendee roster (people who join live are added automatically), and you can email anyone a personal invite link — or share one revocable link for the whole session. Guests take part in the browser without a ClashWise account: they see the model, follow along, and can work a lane — setting status and priority, commenting and flagging — with everything they do attributed by name in the record. Minutes distinguish who joined live from who was invited. Includes a monthly guest allowance (100 passes on Pro, 1,000 on Business, up to 10 guests in a session at once); part of the same rooms opt-in.
    • Sessions with better manners. Name a session when you start it or rename it while it runs, and minutes and PDFs now show times in your clock, not the server's.
    • The Help Centre is rebuilt — and you can ask Wise without signing in. Help is now organized around your first coordination cycle, with a journey that reflects your actual progress once you're signed in. Articles open beside the index, search answers questions instead of matching words, and Wise answers from the help articles for anyone — no account needed.
    • A clearer clash list in the 3D viewer. Rows have a real hierarchy with thumbnails and a hover preview, actions appear on hover, and the panel is drag-resizable. You can hide rows and bring them back, closed clashes are struck through, and the selected clash is clearly marked. Rename a clash right where you see it — type a title or let Wise write one — from the viewer's clash list or the clash grid; your edit survives the next publish from Navisworks. The clash inspector is regrouped so triage sits above the conversation.
    • Curved elements look round. Pipes and other curved geometry that used to render faceted are now smoothed in the 3D viewer, and context models render as a see-through X-ray ghost that frames your clashes instead of hiding them.
    • Organization settings, organized. The settings page is grouped into tabs.

    Changed

    • A live session needs a clash matrix. Starting a coordination session now requires the set to have a matrix assigned, so statuses, priorities and lanes have somewhere to come from.

    Fixed

    • Registering with an email that already has an account now says so, instead of a vague "check your details."
    • Sign-in failures tell you why instead of "Unknown error."
    • Working offline in Navisworks is dependable again. The server could issue offline subscription passes the plugin didn't trust, which broke offline use; it no longer will.
    • Small repairs. Pinning a clash in the viewer no longer errors, Wise's clash explanation shows a proper header while it loads, date and dropdown controls render correctly on dark-themed pages, and a brief database hiccup no longer surfaces as an error when checking your access.
  22. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.3

A cleaner ribbon in Navisworks. The ClashWise toolbar gets a fresh, consistent set of icons across every button. The Enhance button is now called Title Update — the same AI clash-title tool under a clearer name — and the Clashes panel is now General. There's also a new Dashboard button that opens your ClashWise web workspace in the browser with a single click, from any plan. These are visual and naming changes only; every tool works exactly as before.

  23. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.2

Property Mapping is now its own tool — and maps every level of a federated model. Property Mapping has moved into its own window, opened from a new Property Mapping button on the Clashes ribbon (it's still available from the Enhance flow too). More importantly, models that share one authoring file now map correctly: where each level of a discipline is a separate file all authored by one Revit model, ClashWise used to fold the whole discipline into a single entry and apply one mapping to every level — now each level appears in a source-and-levels tree and can carry its own mapping that inherits from the source. New here too: a Sample Elements button that previews what a mapping will read by selecting real elements in the viewer, a warning glyph on any model whose mapping isn't complete, and clearer field labels with an info tip on each one. Available on plans that include AI clash naming.

Closed clashes show as closed in Navisworks. When a clash is closed in ClashWise, its title is now struck through on the clash card in the Wise chat, and you can close or reopen a clash straight from the card's quick-edit (⋯) menu — across a multi-selection at once.

    Also in this release:

    • Fixed: published clash thumbnails came out with black elements on some models. Clash images are now captured through Navisworks' own Clash Detective view, so the two clashing parts show in red and green as they do in the dock, and publishing is faster.
    • Fixed: on federated models with one file per level, the context-model picker listed the same source several times and published only one level's geometry. Each source now appears once and publishes every level.
    • Fixed: a context model you selected could go missing from the web model viewer when its largest piece timed out while uploading. Large context uploads now get the time they need, retry if the connection drops, and are split to stay within the server's limits.
  24. Web app

    22 July 2026

    Added

    • Close a clash — properly. A clash now has a real closed state, separate from its status and from whether it's been reviewed. Close or reopen a clash from the grid (one at a time or in bulk), from the inspector, or when you bulk-apply defaults. Closed clashes are struck through, can be hidden with a Hide closed filter, stop showing up in due-date reminders and the coordination review list, and come through as closed in your Excel, CSV, PDF and BCF exports. Wise can close and reopen clashes for you too, and closing a clash during a coordination session is written into the session record. If you use the Navisworks plugin (3.5.1.2), closed clashes are struck through there as well, and you can close or reopen them from the clash card.
    • Your publish and analysis emails are back. Notifications to the set owner when a set is published or updated, and when an analysis finishes, are working again — and they now run through your notification settings, so muting, unsubscribing and how often you're notified all apply, under a new Set lifecycle category.
    • Organization notification defaults. Administrators can now set, per notification category, whether members choose for themselves, it's off unless they turn it on, or it's disabled for everyone — plus a default frequency.

    Changed

    • Auto-close from Navisworks (optional). Your organization can choose which Navisworks clash statuses should automatically close a clash when you publish or update. It's off until an administrator turns it on, and closing a clash yourself always takes priority.

    Fixed

    • Your access page shows the right thing. Expired trials no longer appear as active, and the launch offer no longer prompts customers who already pay to subscribe.
    • Selected context models no longer go missing. A context model you picked in Navisworks that failed to finish uploading used to vanish from the web viewer. It now shows as a "failed" row you can re-publish.
    • AI actions respond promptly. The first AI action after a quiet period could stall for about two minutes; it now responds without the delay.
    • Clearer form controls. Disabled fields now look disabled, and a couple of dropdowns (on the Register and free Clash Matrix Builder pages) are readable when open.
  25. Web app

    20 July 2026

    Added

    • Priority on your notifications. Notifications now show how much a clash matters, not just what happened and when. The recommended priority appears beside the activity type on the Notifications page, in the bell flyout, on the dashboard panel and in notification emails, in the colour you configured for it in your matrix. It is captured at the moment the notification is fired, so it reflects correct information at issue time. Clashes with no priority set in the matrix shows no tag, and notifications covering a whole batch or a coordination session carry none.

    Changed

    • Clearer notification rows. Each row now lays out as content, context and actions across the width instead of a chip and timestamp stranded on the line above. Marking a notification read no longer nudges the timestamp and set name out of place.
  26. Web app

    19 July 2026

    Added

    • Notifications. ClashWise now tells you when something needs you, instead of you going looking. You get notified when a clash is assigned to you, when a due date is approaching, due today or overdue, when someone else edits clashes on a set you published, and when a coordination session starts, ends or has minutes ready. You are never notified about your own edits, and resolved or approved clashes drop out of the due-date reminders. A bell in the top bar carries your unread count and updates live; a full Notifications page gives you the whole history, filtered by activity type or clash set, with each row leading to the clash it is about.
    • Choose how much email you get. Under Notifications in your profile, set a cadence for each kind of notification independently — immediate, hourly, a daily digest, a weekly digest, or off — and switch the in-app feed on or off separately. Digests arrive at 08:00 in your own time zone. You can mute an individual clash set just for yourself. Email is capped at 20 notification emails per person per day; anything beyond that rolls into your daily digest rather than being dropped.
    • Organisation notification policy. Organisation admins set the defaults everyone starts from, can switch off a whole category so nobody receives it, choose how many days ahead a due date counts as "due soon", and mute a clash set for everyone.
    • Keep external contacts in the loop. Responsible contacts named in your matrix who have no ClashWise account can be emailed about their assignments and due dates, and given a time-limited, read-only web link showing only their clashes for that set — no login. Links last 30 days and can be revoked at any time; muting the set revokes them immediately. This is off until an organisation admin turns it on.
    • Connect an AI assistant to your clash data. You can now connect Claude and other MCP-compatible AI clients to ClashWise. An organisation admin switches it on and grants each member specific capabilities; you then connect from your AI client, review a ClashWise approval page showing which client is asking, what it wants access to and which organisation the approval covers, and approve it. Connected assistants can browse and filter clashes, read full clash detail, look at clash viewpoint images, read your matrices, and — where you have granted it — edit clashes and clash rules. Any change is shown to you and applied only after you confirm. Every connection is listed under connected apps in your profile and can be revoked at any time, and your organisation admin can see every call an assistant has made.
    • Ask Wise about your notifications. Wise can catch you up on what you missed, change your notification cadence, mute a clash set, and draft an email to a responsible contact about specific clashes — shown to you first, and sent only when you confirm.
    • Your clash matrix as an editable Excel workbook. Download the whole matrix as a workbook with one row per rule, edit it in Excel, and import it back. Priority, status and contact are real dropdowns, identity columns are locked so you cannot break the link back to your rules, and a blank cell always means "leave this unchanged" — to empty a field you pick the (clear) entry. Import reports what it changed row by row, naming anything it could not understand rather than failing the whole file, and re-runs analysis afterwards so recommendations catch up. Download and import now live together in one Excel dialog on the matrix page.
    • Due dates from your matrix rules. Each clash rule can carry its own Due Days, so a clash that matches that rule is due that many days after the set was published. A due date somebody set by hand always wins and is never overwritten; otherwise the rule decides; otherwise your organisation default applies as before. Re-running analysis produces the same dates rather than drifting, because they are anchored to the publish date.
    • Rename clashes in ClashWise. Edit a clash title directly, or have it named for you, one at a time or in bulk through Wise. Your renames survive the next publish from Navisworks — if the same clash was renamed in both places, your edit wins. Every rename is recorded in the clash's history and in the coordination session record, and bulk renames can be undone.
    • The Help Centre is open to everyone. The full help centre is now public, replacing the maintenance notice that used to greet everyone but administrators.
    • More ways to slice your clashes with Wise. Filter by tag and by due-before / due-after, ask for exact breakdowns by status, priority, contact, level, grid cell, test, tag, matched rule or due date, and read a merged newest-first timeline of a clash's history and comments.

    Changed

    • The left navigation is now a rail you can collapse or expand, and it remembers your choice. On phones and tablets it opens as an overlay instead.
    • Profile settings are organised into Profile, Notifications, Security, Usage and Developer tabs, and you can link straight to a particular tab.
    • Opening a clash matrix now completes the "review your matrix" step on its own — you no longer have to make an edit for it to count.
    • When you type your own name for a discipline on the matrix review card, ClashWise keeps exactly what you typed instead of trying to match it to something else.
    • New clash rules start with a due-days value already filled in rather than blank. Clear it if you want that rule to have no opinion on due dates.
    • Viewpoint and model uploads make fewer round-trips to the database, so publishing is quicker.

    Fixed

    • Tolerances that ClashWise generates for a matrix are now produced in that matrix's own unit and can be fractional, instead of always being written as whole millimetres. See the note at the top about matrices generated before this release.
    • Opening a blog post or help article link directly no longer loads a broken page — the cookie banner, analytics and icons were all missing when you arrived on a nested URL rather than navigating from the home page.
    • www.clashwise.ai now redirects to the main site, which also fixes visitors on that address seeing an out-of-date list of help topics.
    • The discipline chip beside each pair in the matrix grid shows the value that came from your model again, instead of disappearing or repeating the label you had typed.
    • Clash sets with no matrix assigned no longer show empty status and priority mapping in the Navisworks plugin's sync window.
  27. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.1

Group only the clashes you mean to group. Clash grouping now takes a filter: pick the statuses you want in scope and a minimum distance, and everything else is left alone. You can also group by status, and by distance in bands. Ungrouping follows the same filter, so a clash you have already approved is never pulled loose from its group and stranded at the top of the test — the thing that made grouping risky on a test you had part-way signed off. Distances are entered in your document's units, the preview tells you how many clashes the filter excluded, and grouping presets you saved before this release behave exactly as they did. Available on plans that include AI clash naming.

Grouping no longer looks frozen. Preview and apply now show the native Navisworks progress bar with a Cancel button that actually works — including during the slow part, where nearly all the time goes and where the old wait cursor left you with nothing to do but wait. Repeat previews and applies on the same test are much faster now that ClashWise reuses what it already read instead of re-scanning every property of every clash each time.

Tags on clash cards. Tags you set in the ClashWise web app now appear on the clash cards in the Wise chat, in the same colours you see on the web, and update as you edit them. Available wherever the Wise chat is included in your plan.

    Also in this release:

    • Clash cards show the due date a matrix rule sets, and follow along when you change that rule.
    • 46 pieces of text that were still showing in English — the project picker, the project filter in the sync window, clash title scope, grouping location, and the publish progress steps — are now translated in all 10 supported languages.
    • Fixed: the selected row in the clash-set and matrix pickers was unreadable, with grey detail text and the clash-tests link disappearing into the highlight colour.
    • Fixed: sets with no matrix assigned showed empty status and priority mapping in the sync window, even though those sets do have values to map.
    • Fixed: clash cards in the chat could stop updating — showing a stale title or status — when the card was bound to a superseded copy of the clash.
  28. Plug-in

    v3.5.1.0

Talk to Wise — voice dictation, processed entirely on your machine. Press Ctrl+Alt+M in the Wise chat and speak: you see the transcript live as you talk, and nothing you say ever leaves your computer — transcription runs locally, no cloud, no audio uploads. Dictation stops itself when you go quiet, and you can opt in to auto-send so a finished sentence fires off without touching the keyboard. Eight pinnable languages plus auto-detect. First use downloads a one-time ~148 MB speech model. Available wherever the Wise chat is included in your plan.

Native clash isolation. Viewing a clash now isolates it the way Clash Detective does — with a toggle to dim or hide everything else — so what you see in ClashWise matches what Navisworks users expect.

Rename clashes right on the card. Click a clash title to edit it in place — type the better name, done. Or click the lightning bolt next to the title and Wise renames that one clash for you. Your renames sync to the ClashWise web app, and if the same clash was retitled in both places, your edit wins. (Renames don't change the test inside Navisworks' own Clash Detective yet — that sync is coming.) Available on plans that include AI clash naming.

    Also in this release:

    • Clash pickers refresh automatically when your selection changes — no more stale lists.
    • Clash cards update their title and identity live as results change, and mark clashes you've already viewed.
    • The discipline matrix pre-fills from your model's disciplines.
    • Fixed: "Show next" paging skipping entries.
    • Fixed: a sign-in lockout that could strand you at the login screen.
  29. Plug-in

    v3.5.0.1

    Added

    • Sign in with two-factor authentication. If your ClashWise account has 2FA enabled, the plugin now asks for your 6-digit code in the sign-in window. A recovery code works in the same box if you have lost your device.
    • Stay signed in. The plugin remembers your session securely instead of storing your password, so you enter a code once rather than at every Navisworks launch.

    Changed

    • Enabling two-factor authentication or changing your password on the web now ends your existing plugin session, as it should. The plugin notices, signs out quietly, and asks you to sign in again on your next action — it never interrupts a publish with a dialog.

    Fixed

    • The plugin no longer refreshes its session before every single API call, which was making publishes and clash updates slower than they needed to be.
    • A dropped network connection mid-publish is now reported as a network error instead of silently signing you out.
  30. Web app

    13 July 2026

    Added

    • Two-factor authentication (2FA). Turn it on from your profile: scan the QR code with any authenticator app, then keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. You can regenerate recovery codes at any time.
    • Download your data. Export everything ClashWise holds about your account from your profile.
    • Delete your account. Self-serve deletion with a 30-day grace period — cancel any time inside the window.

    Changed

    • Changing your password now signs out every other session, so a password change actually locks out anyone who had access.

    Fixed

    • Cookie consent, and the trust pages (security, subprocessors, data residency, DPA) are now live.
  31. Web app

    11 July 2026

    Added

    • Meet Wise. The AI assistant across ClashWise now has one name and one personality: Wise. Ask it about your clashes in plain language and it can act for you — find and filter clashes, and set priority, status, responsible contact or due date, one clash or in bulk.
    • Run a coordination meeting with Wise. Start a coordination session and Wise records the decisions and action items, then drafts the meeting minutes for you. Wise can also answer product questions from the Help Centre.
    • See your Wise usage. A usage meter shows how much of your monthly AI allowance you have used, with a heads-up as you approach the limit — no surprise cut-offs.
  32. Plug-in

    v3.4.0.0

    Added

    • Wise, inside Navisworks. The AI chat assistant is rebuilt and back on the ribbon. Ask about your published clashes and matrix, then act on them without leaving Navisworks — select and focus clashes, and set priority, status, contact or due date on the clash cards.
    • Run coordination sessions from the model. Start a live session from the chat dock; ClashWise records what you review, generates the minutes in the chat, and can export a session-report PDF.
    • Capture, mark up, send. Grab the current Navisworks view, annotate it, and send it into the active session or attach it directly to the clash you are looking at.

    Changed

    • A usage chip in the chat shows how much of your AI-action allowance you have used as you work.
  33. Plug-in

    v3.3.1.0

    Added

    • Search Sets, authored in-plugin. Build and manage dynamic Navisworks Search Sets with value suggestions pulled straight from your model, and save them as reusable presets.
    • Group by grid and level. Bucket clash results by grid, level, or grid-and-level in addition to any property.

    Changed

    • Each clash viewpoint now captures the actual framed camera, so shared viewpoints line up correctly in other tools.
    • Clash-naming runs keep working through a dropped connection using a signed offline entitlement, instead of failing on a live check.
  34. Web app

    15 June 2026

    Added

    • See clashes in 3-D, in the browser. View the real geometry of a clash — one clash, several at once, or a whole group — without opening Navisworks. Filter, multi-select and isolate elements, and switch on a density heatmap to find where clashes cluster. Load surrounding building context to see a clash in place.
    • Coordination sessions. Run coordination meetings in the app: while a session is live, every status, priority, contact and due-date change is recorded automatically, alongside the decisions and action items you capture. Live sessions show on the dashboard, and you can export a PDF report.
    • Sequential clash numbers. Every clash gets a stable, human-friendly number (#1, #2 …) used in links, shares and reports instead of long IDs.
    • Share a clash with anyone. Send a public link so stakeholders can view a clash in 3-D in the browser without an account.
    • Export to BCF. Export selected clashes as an industry-standard BCF file (topics, viewpoints and markup) to open in Solibri, Revit and other BCF tools.
    • Teams and seats. Organizations with per-seat Management subscriptions — buy and assign seats and manage your team, with self-serve signup.
  35. Plug-in

    v3.2.0.0

    Added

    • Publish the surrounding model as context. Optionally include lightweight 3-D context so clashes appear in their real building surroundings in the web viewer, with a live progress bar while it extracts.

    Changed

    • Faster publishing. 3-D capture and uploads now overlap, large models no longer freeze the progress window, and request bodies can be compressed — publishes and updates are noticeably quicker.
    • A friendly nudge asks you to group large numbers of ungrouped clashes before publishing, which improves the results downstream.
    • When the server retires an old build, you now get a clear "update required" prompt instead of confusing failures.
  36. Plug-in

    v3.0.1.0

    Added

    • Local AI — run clash naming on your own machine. Clash-title AI can now run fully on-device, with no cloud round-trip and no per-run quota. A new AI Models button opens a manager to download, activate and test on-device models. Local mode is the default; the first run asks you to download a model once if you do not have one.
    • 3-D capture on publish. Publishing now captures each clash's viewpoint, a 3-D model snippet and a full element-property index — the data the web 3-D viewer is built on.
    • Assign clashes to a project when you publish, and create projects on the fly.

    Changed

    • Added support for Navisworks 2027.
  37. Web app

    3 January 2026

    Added

    • Developer API and API keys. Plus users can generate API keys and pull their clash sets and contacts into their own applications, with public API documentation.
  38. Web app

    13 November 2025

    Added

    • Manage every clash's status, priority and responsible contact directly in the grid, with your configured colours.
    • AI recommendations. ClashWise suggests a recommended priority, status and contact so you are not classifying everything by hand.
    • Discipline-based rule matching, so your matrix rules apply the way your team actually organizes models.

    Changed

    • Manage which notification and lifecycle emails you receive, and unsubscribe, from your profile.
  39. Plug-in

    v2.2.0.0

    Added

    • The plugin now speaks 11 languages — the full ribbon, windows and dialogs, plus AI-generated titles in your chosen language.
    • Property Mapping. Tell ClashWise where each source model keeps Name, ID, Category, Level, Type and Discipline, preview it against a live selection, and reuse the mapping across models.

    Changed

    • Pull AI-enriched priority, status, assignee and comments back into Navisworks with a dedicated sync-back mode.
  40. Plug-in

    v2.1.0.0

    Added

    • Publish, Update and Sync clash sets. Publish selected clash tests to ClashWise as a cloud clash set (AI analysis runs in the cloud), push new and changed clashes with Update, and pull the enriched data back with Sync — with a clear progress window and an "open in web" link when it finishes.
  41. Web app

    1 August 2025

    Added

    • Clash-set Insights. A per-set analytics dashboard with charts and a plain-language AI summary of the clash situation.
    • Share Insights by link, and export to Excel with colours that match your priority and status settings.
  42. Web app

    20 July 2025

    Added

    • A real-time dashboard summarizing your clash sets and activity as it happens.
    • Automated clash analysis. Classify a whole clash set against your matrix — priority, status and contact — with live progress, and clear and re-run it whenever you need.
    • Dark mode across the app.
  43. Web app

    12 May 2025

    Added

    • The clash matrix. Build a matrix of rules by element class and discipline that ClashWise applies to classify incoming clashes.
    • Subscription plans, with monthly and yearly billing.
  44. Plug-in

    v2.0.0.0

    Added

    • The ClashWise AI assistant arrives in Navisworks. A chat panel where you interrogate your clashes and matrix in plain language — including attaching or capturing a screenshot for the assistant to read.
    • Report a bug from inside Navisworks, with your recent logs and file attachments, no email client needed.
  45. Web app

    12 April 2025

    Added

    • The ClashWise AI assistant launches on the web — ask questions about your clash data and get answers in plain language. This is the assistant that becomes Wise.
