From download to your first clash set.
Keep Navisworks closed while the installer runs. You or your IT team will need local administrator rights for installation.

If ClashWise is already installed, uninstall the old version from Windows Apps & features.
Close Navisworks
Close all Navisworks windows so the installer can register the plug-in.
Run the matching installer
Open the downloaded installer and follow the prompts. Choose Combined if you work across several supported Navisworks versions.
Find ClashWise in Navisworks
Reopen Navisworks. Look for the ClashWiseAI ribbon tab or the ClashWise buttons under Add-ins, depending on your layout.

Use your ClashWise account. New accounts start a 14-day trial with no credit card.

Check Property Mapping for your sources, then review titles or open Coordination Setup to prepare the matrix and tests. Run & Publish lets you choose the stages and destinations.

Your connection
Sign-in, downloads, published clash management, Wise, collaboration and sync need an internet connection. Priority sync requires Navisworks 2026 or later.
Local AI, after setup
Download the AI model once before generating titles offline. Local title generation then runs on your machine, with unlimited local titles included in Starter, Pro and Business.

Is this the Autodesk Navisworks installer?
ClashWise installs as a plug-in inside Autodesk Navisworks Manage. Install Navisworks Manage first, then choose the matching ClashWise installer above.
What does the installer change?
It registers ClashWise as a standard Navisworks plug-in. In use, actions such as updating titles or syncing reviewed changes update your clash-test fields when you choose to apply them.
Which Navisworks and Windows versions are supported?
Navisworks Manage 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Use the matching installer, or Combined for several supported Navisworks versions on the same machine.
Do I need a subscription to use the plug-in?
Every new account starts with a 14-day Clash Management trial, with Starter included and no credit card required. After the trial, choose Starter, Pro or Business. The installer is the same for all three.
Can I install from the Autodesk App Store?
Yes. ClashWise is also listed on the Autodesk App Store. The direct installers above provide the current plug-in release.
Can I generate titles without internet?
Yes, after the one-time AI model download and initial setup. Local title generation runs on your machine. Cloud coordination, Wise and sync still need a connection.
The plug-in is not appearing. What should I check?
Check that you installed the version matching Navisworks, removed an older ClashWise build and closed Navisworks during installation. Reopen Navisworks and check the ClashWiseAI and Add-ins tabs. If it is still missing, contact support with your Navisworks version and the installer you used.
