Built around the work you do each week.

Naming, routing, tracking and sharing belong in one connected review process.

Before the review

Make the worklist readable and relevant

Name clashes with local AI, group related results and capture the properties your team uses. Publish the clash set, assign a matrix and review its recommendations. Save a filtered set for the meeting.

During the review

Work through the questions together

Focus on a clash and its surrounding context. Review together, follow a presenter or split into parallel lanes. Capture decisions and action items alongside the changes recorded in the active session.

After the review

Leave the next person a useful record

Review the minutes, follow outstanding actions and sync coordination fields back to Navisworks. Use dashboard views for progress and Excel, CSV, BCF or PDF exports for the handoff.

Give reviewers access to the work they need.

Give each person the view and access they need for their part of coordination.

Sets and Clashes tool icon

Before the coordination review

A connected toolkit inside Navisworks.

Coordination Setup connects source models to a reviewed matrix and managed tests. Sets and Clashes builds reusable selections; Run and Publish carries the stages you choose through grouping, optional local title review and cloud publication.

In the browser, Plan and IFC rooms focus the worklist. Inspect properties, reopen saved views and reuse aligned context models across clash sets.

Set the coordination standard before the review.

Review class pairs, test tolerances and responsibilities in the matrix. Create the Navisworks setup, publish the results and use the matrix view to choose the clashes to review. Business teams can clone standards from the company library.

Questions from coordinators.

Who is ClashWise for?

BIM coordinators, BIM managers and discipline teams working with Navisworks clash results on building and infrastructure projects. It helps organise the preparation, review and communication around those results.

How should a new coordinator get started?

Use one familiar clash set first. Follow the installation and property-mapping guides, publish the results and try a small review. The help centre and a walkthrough can support the setup; learning time depends on your existing process.

Does ClashWise run the clash detection?

Navisworks runs the geometric clash tests. ClashWise works with the results: naming, grouping, matrix recommendations, dashboards, sessions, exports and explicit sync back to Navisworks.

Can people review progress without Navisworks?

Yes. An authorised dashboard share gives stakeholders a read-only web view, with the password and access settings chosen by its owner. Session guests have their own scoped access. You can also send exported reports or BCF issues.

Give your next review a shared starting point.
